Drop-Off Centres

A customer hands over their helmet at one of our authorised helmet drop off locations.

Once you’ve booked a crash helmet inspection from our online booking system, consider using one of our friendly helmet drop off locations to take the hassle out of safely and securely packaging your helmet for shipping to us.

When you leave your helmet with one of our retailer partners, your helmet will be in the hands of people who understand how important it is to your safety.  Our retail partner will take a few details from you, before safely and securely packaging up your helmet and arranging for it to be couriered to our UK inspection facility.

On receipt of your helmet at our inspection facility, we will perform the test and inspection process on your helmet and return it to the drop-off location within 2-3 working days.  You may optionally choose a 24hr shipping service when you place your order and choose whether to have your helmet returned to our retail partner or a different address of your choice.

We’re continuing to expand our nationwide coverage of authorised retailers.  If you can’t find a drop-off centre near you, ask your local dealer/retailer to contact us at retailer@helmetinspection for an online retailer application.

Alternatively, if we don’t have a helmet drop off location near you, we think the Parcel2Go website offers a helpful service for finding and booking the right courier/postal service.  You can find the courier/postal service that’s right for you and pay for it all under one roof.  You can even arrange a home/work/office collection.
